There is the Body, there is the Mind, and there is the Spirit. Often times when the body or mind is under stress or experiences dis-ease, the Spirit is over looked even though all three are interconnected. I follow the belief that if we work out the spiritual blocks, the mind will experience relief or "peace of mind" and, in a chain reaction, the body will experience less stress and allow the process of healing to begin.
The application of Spiritual Coaching is limitless since life itself is spiritual in essence.
As your Spiritual Coach, I will facilitate your healing and growth by holding the sacred space of neutrality and unconditional love. When you come to me, I do not view you as broken or needing fixing, instead I see you as whole and complete. Yet, like a radio channel that may be experiencing some static, it is my job to aid you in finding that right channel point of crystal clear reception that is connected to your Higher Self / Spirit / God / etc. The outcome is a greater sense of awareness that will come into your life and answers will come forth from within yourself to the life questions you have.
Some skills applied with my life coaching may include: Reiki, Polarity, Crystal Therapy, Chakras, Oracle Cards, Toe Reading, etc. The list continues to grow since I continue to grow and learn new skills. All techniques will be used in discretion and the comfortability of each individual client.
